Headquartered in Italy, for seventy years, Snaidero has been designing and manufacturing customized kitchen furniture. Set up in 1946 by Rino Snaidero as an artisan workshop, it has not changed in essence. Snaidero has been exporting its kitchens all over the globe for over 50 years now via a network of 250 specialist stores in over 80 countries.
Continuing the legacy to UAE, Snaidero UAE’s exclusive reseller, Bespoke Kitchens & Concepts LLC (Bespoke) commenced operations in 2015, with the mission to bring the finest ‘Made-in-Italy’ contemporary kitchen designs to UAE homes. The Snaidero Kitchens UAE showroom at the Indigo Central 8, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai is a fine recreation of Snaidero’s unique design style, providing a complete overview of its exclusive made-in-Italy kitchen design range.
After being present in the market since 2015, Bespoke approached Momentum Inbound Marketing to increase their visibility online, attract new customers and position themselves as an authority in the luxury kitchens space, all while maintaining the brand values and design guidelines of Snaidero Italy.
They had a basic WordPress website that was in need of improvement for better user experience. Aspiring to standout in a market which has more than 15 international and many more domestic joinery workshops competing to meet the demands of luxury kitchen buyers in the UAE, Bespoke needed a more compelling impact that will position them as a leading luxury kitchens company in the market.
What inspired us to work with Bespoke and Snaidero was the passion their team has behind their vision to improve the kitchen experience for their customers.
Since we knew what Bespoke wanted, we started researching and investigating deeper to find out what they need to get there. We performed our discovery process to learn more about the kitchen landscape and their key competitors. We looked up Google Ads campaigns, landing pages, marketing messages and the ads that were being used by other companies in the region and globally to see where Bespoke could get a competitive advantage.
We developed a strategy to redesign their website as per brand guidelines of the Snaidero brand. As part of rebuilding their brand, we created the website copy and worked on a content style that would appeal most to their ideal target market.
We then continued to develop a complete digital marketing strategy to attract, capture and convert new leads on their website, starting within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The strategy included regular article writing, Instagram and Facebook marketing, email marketing, Google ads and a lead capture funnel built into their website.
Since the launch of the new website and marketing strategy, Bespoke has successfully generated multiple leads from luxury kitchen buyers in the UAE and they have also managed to attract real estate developers for new projects. Snaidero has also improved its customer success by getting their customers to rate and review them publicly via our redesigned reputation management processes.
