The Quooker is the world’s first boiling-water tap and the company holds global patents both on the Quooker and some of its parts. Quooker UAE was established in the UAE as a branch in 2015. After being present in the market since 2015, Quooker approached Momentum Inbound Marketing to increase their product awareness, educate & attract new customers and develop an after-sales customer success programme.
Quooker has innovative patented products with little or no competition. The challenge faced by the company was related to building awareness about the product, how it can add value and save time & money for its owners.
What inspired us to work with Quooker was the sustainable living concept promoted by Quooker and its mission to make our planet more livable and green by cutting down on the use of single-use plastic.
Since we knew what Quooker wanted, we started our discovery process to learn more about the product and how existing consumers use it. We optimized the existing Google Ads campaign to make it more relevant adding various extensions allowing more people to call Quooker to inquire about the product.
We developed a customer success and customer onboarding strategy to redesign their customer experience post sales following the global brand guidelines of the Quooker brand.
We continued to develop a complete digital marketing strategy to attract, capture and convert new leads on social media and via email marketing. The strategy included regular Instagram and Facebook product how-to video updates, email marketing, Google ads and a referral funnel built in their customer success process.
Since the launch of our business flywheel strategy to build an awareness and education campaign, coupled with paid digital media, we were able to generate triple-digit leads in 2-weeks.
We are actively working with the Quooker UAE and the Netherlands headquarters team on their continued growth strategy to establish Quooker in the Middle East, reach their ideal customers and grow their company.
